Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee, unless rescheduled. Deposits are required on certain services and may be used for one reschedule. Your deposit will be taken off your service total. Deposits are Non-refundable. Please book accordingly. No Call/ No Shows will be charged full service fee. If card on file declines, you will be banned from booking. Please arrive on time, guests more than 15 minutes late will be charged an additional $10 (if able to complete service) New guests please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out intake form.
